unidirectional cylinder piston rod material selection and technical requirements: (I), because there is no special requirements, so use 45 steel as the piston rod material, the design of the piston rod only withstand pressure stress, so no modulation processing; (ii) The coaxial tolerance of the shaft journal and the outer circle of the mounting piston is not greater than 0.01mm, so as to ensure the coaxial degree of the outer circle of the piston rod and the outer circle of the piston, and avoid the stuck phenomenon of the piston and the unidirectional cylinder, the piston rod and the guide. The vertical tolerance between the end face of the mounting piston and the axis of the piston rod is not more than 0.04mm/100mm to ensure that the piston installation does not produce skew; (iii) The outer circle of the piston rod should pay attention to the roughness; (iv) Because it is operated under low load conditions, surface treatment is omitted.

The "O" ring can be used as an auxiliary seal inside the unidirectional cylinder, and the elastic force of the "O" ring makes the sealing slip ring close to the sealing surface, generating sealing pressure to achieve sealing. When the internal hydraulic pressure increases, the "O" ring will further deform and squeeze the slip ring, thereby increasing the sealing pressure and improving the sealing performance. The structure has the characteristics of low friction coefficient, good wear resistance, automatic compensation for wear and absorption of hard particles in the unidirectional cylinder, and can be completely sealed.

Can the hydraulic oil in the cylinder return to the tank?
Yes, there is a way, for example, first remove the cylinder from the machine, and then connect the two pipes on the cylinder, so that the cylinder piston rod is completely retracted into the cylinder, at this time, the piston is with the bottom, and the rear chamber is almost no oil, and then screw off the joint at the end of the front chamber by the hydraulic station, and put it in an empty bucket. Finally, insert the gas pipe into the oil port of the rear chamber. Open the air source, and then the rod will run out, and you'll drain the hydraulic oil from the end of the rod, which requires a source of air on site.
